About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, product-centric environments and has proven experience building and scaling distributed systems. You’ll work closely with product, ML, and infra teams to deliver end-to-end features, deploy production-grade code, and explore emerging GenAI technologies.

This is a hands-on engineering role where your primary focus will be system design, high-performance code, and ownership from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities-

Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using modern technologies.

Own full lifecycle of features from architecture → implementation → testing → deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and improvements.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in a cloud-native environment.

Drive performance tuning and reliability across services and infrastructure.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in backend development at scale (e.g., handling high throughput, distributed systems).

Strong proficiency in coding (Java, Go, Python, or Node.js).

Solid grasp of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar deployment tools.

Proven experience deploying code to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)

Experience with Machine Learning pipelines or ML infrastructure.

Exposure to Generative AI applications.

Familiarity with RAG-based systems, LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agentic workflows.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML or backend projects.

Strong presence on coding platforms (e.g., CodeChef, LeetCode, or similar)
