Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter development and at least one native mobile development platform (Android - Kotlin/Java or iOS - Swift/Objective-C). You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications while leveraging your expertise in native development for optimal performance and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Utilize native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) skills to optimize Flutter applications for performance and platform-specific features.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create smooth and intuitive mobile experiences.
• Implement state management using Bloc, Provider, GetX, Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
• Work with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services to integrate backend functionality.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter SDK updates, native platform changes, and industry trends.
  
  

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Flutter & Dart.
• Strong experience in at least one native mobile platform:
• Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
• Experience with Flutter animations, custom UI components, and native integrations.
• Solid understanding of platform-specific SDKs, UI/UX guidelines, and device limitations.
