Senior Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable applications and services using C#/.NET
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and optimize SQL Server performance
• Contribute to front-end features with AngularJS where applicable
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD workflows for reliable delivery
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps; participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause resolution
• Influence architecture and propose pragmatic solutions balancing speed and quality
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership (Senior/Lead roles)
• Document designs, decisions, and operational runbooks for clarity and continuity

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Senior-Level: 3+ years of experience with proven technical leadership
• Lead-Level: 5+ years of experience, including architecture and team leadership
• Expertise in C#/.NET and cloud-hosted applications (Azure/AWS)
• Strong SQL Server skills; working knowledge of AngularJS
• Ability to set priorities, communicate effectively, and lead technical outcomes
• Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available)
