We’re looking for engineers who are curious, adaptable, and solutions-driven—those who can quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and apply their skills creatively to build cutting-edge products and intelligent solutions that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design and write efficient and quality code that can work at scale
- Research, learn & adapt to new technologies to solve problems & improve existing solutions
- End-to-end ownership of modules including development, deployment to QA and production.
- Operate with a start-up mentality, bringing new ideas to the table & inspiring those around you to do the same.
- Effectively translate requirements into technical solutions leveraging Agile epics & stories.
- Anticipate & manage risks & dependencies for a given functionality by mindful planning, estimation & proactive communication.
- Help cross-functional teams to solve for business problems & develop solutions that enable us to redefine a “best-in-class” customer experience.
- 6 to 9 years of overall experience, with background in software engineering.
- Development experience in Java 8 or above, lambda functions, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with an emphasis on building low-latency, scalable systems.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based application architecture, distributed systems, microservice protocols and interfaces.
- Exposure and experience to following
- GitOps and CI/CD to automate code pipelines.
- Experience in containerisation tools like Docker, Helm, Kubernetes.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure/GCP.
- Exposure of using AI-powered tools that enhance efficiency in software development lifecycle.
