Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior JavaScript Engineer (React) to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should thrive in modern product environments, contribute to system design, drive scalable front-end development, and be actively engaged in community mentoring and technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test scalable web applications using React and related technologies.
• Lead and collaborate in re-architecting legacy systems into modern frameworks.
• Identify technical pitfalls early, manage stakeholder expectations, and raise concerns proactively.
• Work within cross-functional agile teams delivering software incrementally.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal initiatives such as tech talks and hiring.
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring thought leadership into the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience with web technologies.
• Expert knowledge of:
• JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• HTML5, CSS3, SASS
• Webpack, component libraries
• RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD practices
• Testing frameworks (unit and integration testing)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, browser performance, and system design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to adopt new technologies quickly and effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in a consulting or financial services environment.
• Exposure to enterprise-level front-end architecture or performance optimization.
