Profile- IT Head / Sr. Software Engineer
Experience- Min 4 Years
Ctc- upto 16 lpa (Depends on interview)
Location- Bangalore
Working Days:- 6 Days
Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership and Management:
* Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and
continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular 1:1 meeting, performance reviews, and career development discussions with
team members.
* IdenTIfy training needs and facilitate opportuniTIes for professional growth within the team.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
* Technical Leadership and Guidance:
* Provide technical leadership and direcTIon to the development team, ensuring adherence to
architectural standards and best pracTIces.
* ParTIcipate in the design and architecture of soFTware soluTIons.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effecTIve soluTIons.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potenTIal applicaTIon
within the company.
* Project Planning and ExecuTIon:
* Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project
scope, TImelines, and deliverables.
* Break down complex tasks into manageable units and assign them to team members.
* Monitor project progress, idenTIfy potenTIal risks and roadblocks, and implement miTIgaTIon
strategies.
* Ensure TImely and high-quality delivery of soFTware releases.
* ParTIcipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospecTIves.
* Communication and Collaboration:
* Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and
DevOps.
* Facilitate clear and concise communicaTIon within the development team.
* Act as a point of contact for technical queries and decisions related to the team's work.
* Process Improvement:
* Contribute to the conTInuous improvement of soFTware development processes and pracTIces.
* IdenTIfy areas for opTImizaTIon and implement soluTIons to enhance team efficiency and
producTIvity.
* Promote the adopTIon of agile methodologies and best pracTIces.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 4-5 years of professional experience in soFTware development.
* Proven experience leading and managing a team of software developers.
* Strong understanding of soFTware development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience working on REST API/GraphQL API.
* Experience in handling databases like MySQL/PostgresQL/Mongodb.
* Solid understanding of soFTware architecture principles and design paƩerns.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving, analyTIcal, and debugging skills.
* Strong communicaTIon, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effecTIvely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Node js and frameworks based on node js like express js or relevant REST API
frameworks on Node js.
* Experience with cloud plaƞorms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
