: Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML )

Experience Range : 3+ years

What is the work?

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for a variety of applications.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and model evaluation to ensure performance benchmarks are met.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and suggest their application when appropriate.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in Python, Reactjs and ML libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, etc.)
• Experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML.
• Published work in peer-reviewed conferences/journals or GitHub projects is a plus.
• Strong Python expertise with hands-on experience in Django / Django REST Framework.
• Strong SQL, NoSQL, and vector DB experience.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask for model serving.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
