Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML Implementation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end LLMs or foundation model solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
• Developing prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
• Build and fine-tune agentic workflows, and AutoGen-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and implement AI applications that integrate into customer environments.
• Building chatbots, copilots, content generators, or automation agents Using frameworks like Autogen, OpenAI API, or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Implementing guardrails, prompt optimization, and model orchestration.
• Integrate vector databases and RAG-based applications to enable knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Contribute to solution architecture, model evaluation, and automation pipelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML solutions, including recent work with Generative AI models and frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); exposure to C#/.NET is a plus.
• Experience with AutoGen, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Good understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with containerization, APIs, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Experience working on AI solutioning or customer-facing projects.
• Understanding of enterprise integration and system design.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
