The team’s mission is to build a first-party Android app for the Google Store, redefine the Pixel ownership experience by empowering users to purchase and upgrade devices, and showcase Pixel features and support for their Pixel devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and improvement of the Google Store Android app.
• Develop reliable code in Kotlin and Java, ensuring it's easy to maintain and test.
• Partner with backend teams to create the necessary APIs for a positive mobile experience.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
• Apply Google's Android engineering practices and address technical debt to enhance the app's scalability and maintainability.
