About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our high-performing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering robust backend features, collaborating with peers to build scalable systems that power our next-gen products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Deliver high-quality, well-documented code through systematic coding practices and thorough peer reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
• Own features end-to-end—from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring sessions, and technical discussions to elevate team capabilities.
• Maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity, continuity, and ease of future development.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• M-Tech or advanced degree a plus
• Hackathon participation and accolades are a plus
  
  

Must have skills

• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and system design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, and Kafka.
• Experience developing and scaling backend services in distributed environments.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
  
  

Good to have skills

• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or applied AI techniques.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and team-building activities.
• Interest or experience in fostering a positive team culture through planning and engagement.
