Senior Software Engineer – Backend

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Design and own microservice-based architectures powering critical fintech workflows
• Work closely with product, frontend, and platform teams to ship end-to-end features
• Take ownership from design → development → deployment → production
• Improve scalability, reliability, and system performance
• Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions
• Mentor engineers and raise the overall engineering bar

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of backend engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang/Python
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and system design
• Experience building APIs and backend services at scale
• Comfortable working with databases, messaging systems, and caching layers
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and bias for action

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or consumer-scale products
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or event-driven systems
• Strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean architecture
