We are seeking experienced Senior Developers to join our dynamic team responsible for the development and ongoing support of critical enterprise applications. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking experienced Senior Developers to join our dynamic team responsible for the development and ongoing support of critical enterprise applications. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C#, SSIS, and SQL
- Support and troubleshoot business-critical systems with minimal supervision
- Handle large-scale data processing (millions of rows) efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern development practices
- Ensure high availability and performance of applications in production
- Work in overlapping U.S. time zones to support global stakeholders
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development (8+ preferred)
- Strong proficiency in C#, SSIS, PL/SQL, and SQL Server
- Proven experience in data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, etc.)
- Familiar with using Jira to track and update progress
- Ability to work independently and manage production support responsibilities
- Able to work in a fast pace environment as business needs can shift year over year
- Experience with Azure Cloud services (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks etc.)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Work on mission-critical applications that drive real business impact
