Job Description

Looking for a Sr. Data Engineer for a top retail analytics client in Germany! Design & optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory & DBT. Manage PostgreSQL, Azure Databricks, PySpark, Azure Storage, Logic Apps & CI/CD. Collaborate with DevOps.

Desired Candidate Profile

5 to 8 years of experience in Data Engineering. Expertise in PostgreSQL or any SQL-based databases.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Experience with Azure Databricks and PySpark is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure Storage (Blob, ADLS) and Logic Apps.
Experience with Git for version control.
Basic knowledge of Big Data concepts.
Basic understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, automation, deployment).
Optional: Knowing DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation is a plus.
Optional: Experience in the Retail Analytics domain.
Optional: Exposure to Cloud DevOps tools like Terraform or Azure DevOps.
