Primary Responsibilities

• Able to identify and fix production issues
• Able to provide solutions for business queries
• Able to support on call tasks
• Able to work on incidents/tickets
• Able to join and support war rooms for any P1/P2 issues
• Prepare detail design for the Solution by discussing with business. Consult with Business, Subject Master Expert, users to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed technical design document from which programs will be written
• Walk-thru the technical design document with Business/SME/QA group and support team
• Prepare test planning & setup test data. Execute test planning based on project requirements
• Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
• Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases.
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
• Adhere to all quality requirements
• Should be able to work independently

Required Qualifications

• B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
• 8+ years of experience on Java, Spring boot and React. Azure
• 3+ years of experience in cloud
• Good Knowledge of Agile practices
• Knowledge of Azure, Pipelines, or any change management tool, GIT, Jenkins
• Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
• Solid problem solving, analytical kills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good attitude and self-motivated

• Adaptable to work in Evening SHIFT (11:30 am – 8.30 pm or 2:30 PM – 12AM)
