Primary Responsibility
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Graduate degree or equivalent experience. BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on SSMO (support and Monitoring actives)
- 5+ years of technical experience in java, Public Cloud - AWS
- 5+ years of experience with ITSM activities
- Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira
- Hands-on experience in supporting and production monitoring and attending War rooms, ITSM activities, with JAVA, AWS, GIT, CI/CD Tools and Application Monitoring tools like Splunk
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Proven solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Proven excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Proven good communication and presentation skills
- Proven good attitude and self-motivated
- Proven ability to generate and interpret reports for usage and activity
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
