About Us: Dojo360 is dedicated to developing reusable Terraform modules and workflows, setting the standard for infrastructure setup at Optum. We drive best practices and standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ensuring adherence to Optum's security protocols and guidelines.

Dojo360 is at the forefront of AI solutions and services, dedicated to transforming the way businesses operate through innovative AI technologies. We are seeking a talented AI/ML Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and architect AI/ML solutions for Dojo360 AI services
• Develop and implement efficient Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model-based generative AI solutions, including text-to-code, diagram-to-code, text-to-recommendations, and diagram-to-recommendations services
• Implement AI-based searches, chatbots, and APIs to enhance user experience and functionality
• Design and develop generative AI, Open API, Large Language Models (LLM), RAG, or AI agent-based implementations
• Utilize vector databases and indexing techniques to optimize AI solutions
• Work in cloud environments such as Azure (preferred) or AWS (acceptable) to deploy and manage AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI architectures

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years cloud + 2+ years Gen AI experience
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing RAG model-based generative AI solutions
• Experience with vector databases and indexing techniques
• Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Azure (preferred) or AWS (acceptable)
• Expertise in AI-based searches, chatbots, and APIs
• Proficiency in designing and developing generative AI, Open API, LLM, RAG, or AI agent-based implementations
• Solid programming skills in one or more leading programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, etc.
• Ability to develop new code and modify existing code to meet project requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional cloud platforms and AI tools
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML technologies
