About Our Team

Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.

About The Role

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Your expertise will drive the implementation of best practices, automation, and monitoring to maintain high availability and minimize downtime. Join us in optimizing our infrastructure for seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the software solutions assigned to team.

Troubleshoot issues reported by the customers.

Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with the wider group.

Contribute to the planning efforts with analysis and estimation of the proposed product work.

Provide support to other teams.

Contribute to the continuous improvement effort.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in building applications with the ReactJS, React-Native library.
• Proven experience with Micro Frontend applications, such as the Piral framework.
• Lead and mentor junior developers within the Atlas squad, providing guidance on technical challenges.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Solid experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Storybook.
• Experience in writing unit tests using the Jest library.
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or TeamCity.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality, user-facing products.
• Oversee the technical quality of frontend deliverables, ensuring best practices and code standards are adhered to.
