Primary Responsibilities:

• Involve in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise
• The candidate will work with local tech team on our state-of-the-art business application platform
• Executes development processes for the project such as build automation, unit testing, software configuration management and packaging
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 10 + years of experience in development with expertise in building and shipping production enabled software in Java ecosystem
• Worked in microservices environment and should be fully aware of reference architectures and design patterns required for a complex implementation
• Expertise implementing microservices
• Expertise with RESTful Web Services
• Expertise with Git version control
• Knowledge in container virtualization utilizing Docker and CICD using Jenkins
• Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical colleagues
• Excellent programming skills with Java and related frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate etc.
• Excellent Object Oriented programming skills and accomplished performance with Java technologies
• Proven to be confident to work independently, handle and guide the team and should be self-motivated
• Proven good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
• Proven great attitude and the passion and persistence to solve complex problems

Preferred Qualification:

• Proven good in oral & written communication skills. Exposure to healthcare domain
