.Key Responsibilitie

• sArchitect and Design: Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance microservices. Ensure solutions are maintainable, extensible, and aligned with best practices
• .Hands-on Coding: Deliver high-quality, well-tested code, setting high standards for technical excellence within the team. Ensure code is optimized for security, performance, and resilience
• .Team Contribution & Ownership: Take accountability for your own deliverables and actively support team goals, ensuring timely and impactful outcomes
• .Code Quality and Best Practices: Promote best practices through code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and secure coding
• .Collaboration & Uplift: Work closely with architects, product owners, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable solutions. Foster collaboration within the team, and support colleagues where needed to ensure smooth delivery
• .Continuous Learning & AI Curiosity: Stay current with advancements in Java, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Explore and share insights on how AI tools can improve productivity and engineering workflows

.Qualification

• sExperience: 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on Java and microservices
• .Technical Expertise
• :Strong proficiency in Java, including advanced features and best practices
• .Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and integration challenges
• .Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, messaging systems, and reactive programming
• .Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, high-performance, secure applications
• .Experience working on event-driven systems for high-traffic applications, with a focus on fault tolerance and resilience
• .Design Patterns: Working knowledge of software and distributed design patterns; ability to apply them to build maintainable and extensible systems
• .Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to code quality, testing, CI/CD, and secure coding
