We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling complex problems and shipping high-impact features. In this role, you will develop cutting-edge AI-driven products that reshape the way individuals learn and develop. Your primary focus will be delivering quality at scale—building systems that are robust, maintainable, and meaningful.

You will leverage AI tooling and cloud-native architectures to construct full-stack solutions that address real challenges—not just complete tasks. What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deliver End-to-End Features: Transform user stories into production outcomes; refine requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend components, validate rigorously, and deploy to live environments
• Identify and Resolve Defects: Diagnose issues via root cause investigation, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent recurrence through strategic testing
• Elevate Engineering Standards: Assess design proposals and code submissions to enforce clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt at its source
  
  

• Creating intricate UIs or elaborate backend systems purely for complexity's sake
• Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying challenge
• Spending excessive time in roadmap and prioritization discussions or coordinating with stakeholders
• Merely delivering tickets; your accountability extends to solving genuine user problems
  
  

• Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys rapidly, and remains sustainable over time
  
  

• A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production-grade code for both frontend and backend of web applications (framework-agnostic).
• Proven ownership: Track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or engineering teams—not merely completing isolated assignments
• Self-directed execution: Capability to remove your own blockers, manage your own tempo, and navigate forward through uncertainty
• Practical experience integrating generative A.I. into daily development workflows

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
