Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements using NetSuite.
• Document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• NetSuite Implementation & Configuration
• Configure NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) based on business needs.
• Define and set up roles, permissions, workflows, and automation.
• Assist in system migrations, data imports, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Customization & Solution Design
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement SuiteScript customizations when needed.
• Design and recommend NetSuite best practices for scalability and efficiency.
• Support custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to meet business reporting needs.
• Testing, Training & Support
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Offer post-implementation support and resolve system-related queries.
• Project Management & Stakeholder Communication
• Work alongside project managers to ensure timely implementation and system go-live.
• Communicate with key business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and system upgrades while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Flexible to work during European and North American shift hours, including on-call support.
