Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or Exposure to any ERP platforms experience. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Position Description: We are seeking a Performance / Load Test Engineer to design, build, execute, and continuously improve performance testing for our APIs and B2B portals. The engineer will be responsible for load testing, benchmarking, and performance regression coverage to ensure stable and scalable experiences for internal users and external agents/customers.

Responsibilities:
o Define performance test approach for APIs and portal journeys (load, stress, endurance/soak, scalability) and align to release/go-no-go needs.
o Partner with Product/Development/Architecture to identify features requiring non-functional testing and ensure KPIs are defined and measurable.

Must-Have Skills:
1) Selenium & WebDriver Expertise: Proficient in automating web application testing using Selenium WebDriver, with strong knowledge of locators and browser handling.
2) UI5 Testing: Experience in automating SAP UI5/Fiori applications and understanding their specific testing challenges.
3) API Testing with Postman: Skilled in using Postman for API testing, including creating, executing, and validating RESTful API requests, as well as writing and running test scripts in Postman (e.g., using JavaScript).
4) Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript to develop and maintain automation scripts for both UI and API testing.
5) Framework Knowledge: Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, or hybrid frameworks).
6) Debugging & Reporting: Strong debugging skills and familiarity with tools for test reporting and log analysis to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
7) Good to Have: Foundational SAP knowledge, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) flow, Master Data (Product/Customer), Pricing Conditions, and executing BAPIs.
