Case management teams take care of the entire case processing which is the core functionality of Pega. These teams take care of providing the best user experience for designing the application in a business understandable configuration view. Underlying capabilities that support Process Automation and Digital Transformation are majorly worked by these teams. Our team is cross-functional with an understanding of UI technologies and web applications and the end-to-end user experience of the Pega application.

Case management teams own the Agentic AI capabilities making it easier for the customers to configure and leverage Agents. Team also owns the Case DX APIs which are used in the Constellation UI.

What You've Accomplished

• Strong Coding, Problem-Solving and Design skills
• The expertise of Java and web applications
• The expertise of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and exposure to frameworks like React, Angular or any other libraries.
• Experience with test-driven development
• Understanding of Microservices, Cloud, NoSQL
• Nice to have Pega development experience
• Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to align business goals with implementation results.
