Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated React Native Developer to join our growing mobile development team. As a mid-level engineer, you will play a critical role in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional mobile features.
• Optimize application performance for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness across devices.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, following industry best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and native modules as needed.
• Participate in peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliable app performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development and React Native.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5–6 years of overall mobile development experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in React Native.
• 1–2 years of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ syntax.
• Solid experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layout development.
• Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiar with native build tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Knowledge of app deployment pipelines for the App Store and Google Play.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with mobile testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Appium.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools for mobile app delivery.
• Understanding of native development concepts (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Obj-C for iOS).
• Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools such as Firebase, Sentry, or Instabug.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal apps is a strong plus.
