Position Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our core product, a data integration platform that connects with multiple third-party data sources, performs complex data transformations, and integrates seamlessly with various output systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack web applications using Python and ReactJS.
• Build and maintain efficient data processing pipelines and transformations using Python libraries like Pandas and other data-centric tools.
• Develop and maintain microservices architectures that ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and QA teams to ensure the development aligns with business goals and user requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the platform.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the product and development processes.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on backend development using Python.
• Expertise in OOPs concepts, data structures and its implementation.
• Expertise with Python programming languages.
• Hands on experience using Python frameworks like Django or flask.
• Solid understanding of web technologies JSON, HTTP, RESTful APIs.
• Hands one experience in using Python libraries and ORM.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, guide and mentor team members.
• Experience in designing and developing production-grade applications.
• JavaScript and its framework like ReactJS or NodeJS experience is big plus.
• Database hands on (Sql, Postgresql) experience.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency with front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in building and deploying microservices in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, or data warehousing solutions.

• Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and similar tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms.
