What You'll Own

• Core backend systems in Go — the engine that powers integrations
• Agent pipelines that touch real enterprise workflows (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Infra that needs to be fast, observable, and production-tough from day one
• Problems that don't have StackOverflow answers

Must-Haves — Non-Negotiable

• Go proficiency — you've shipped production Go, not just played with it. You care about how memory is managed.
• AI-native by default — Claude, Cursor, Copilot, whichever — you've already rewired how you work. You're faster because of it, not suspicious of it.
• High ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do next. You spot the problem, size it, fix it, and tell people after.
• No pedigree required — top college or self-taught, we don't care. Ship good software and reason clearly.
