Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who is ready to take on both coding and leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications using modern technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

· You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and executing tasks in the software development life cycle.

· You will be responsible for performing validation and verification testing.

· You will have to collaborate with the internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.

· You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the software and products.

· You will be responsible for providing mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Qualification,

· 2 to 3.5 years of professional experience in full stack development

· Strong proficiency in Python and Django

· Solid front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

· Hands-on experience with React.js

· Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

· Excellent communication and leadership qualities

· Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

· Exposure to RESTful API development and integration

· Familiarity with deployment and DevOps processes is a plus
