We are seeking a motivated and Senior JAVA Full stack Developer with at least 7 years of experience in Java Full stack development roles and who accept the challenge to enter in a large engineering team focused on the evolution of a complex multitenant SaaS product which is positioned as leader in this market. You should be passionate of providing our customers of an easy to use and flexible tool solving complex business problems, in different markets and business contexts. Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with other team members both local and remote is also fundamental. Openness to investigate and adopt new AI supported development tools and methodologies.

Principal Responsibilities

• Analysis and Understanding of the business requirements of the application and of the product enhancements to be implemented.
• Contribute to the product design and to the selection of best frameworks and libraries to be adopted to solve a business problem.
• Within the product guidelines, be autonomous in the design and development of the assigned User Stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to verify understanding of the desired outcomes and final acceptance of the product increment.
• Maintain high level of quality on the developed software in terms of security, scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure successful cross product integrations and standards alignment
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in a technical or scientific discipline.
• More than 7 years of experience in design and development of full stack and web-based Java applications, preferrable as part of a SaaS software product.
• Experience in organizing own activities based on agile methodologies and tools
• Proficient in full stack Java J2EE web application design/development including:
• browser-based client development using modern JavaScript libraries (e.g. JQuery, Angular, ReactJS), CSS, DHTML, XHR and JSON messaging.
• Server-side development including Java servlets, JDBC DAO, RESTful services, EAR and WAR configuration and deployment.
• Knowledge of general MVC (model view control) methodologies and technologies. Preferred experience in using Spring MVC frameworks.
• Strong RDBMS experience related to efficiently querying and updating very large datasets.
• Prefer experience in:
• Delivering software within a SAAS multi-tenant environment with requirements for high availability/reliability and high level of data security.
• tools, servers, and frameworks including Maven, Github, Wildfly, Apache Server, PostgresSQL, AWS environments. IntelliJ IDEA and AI plugins.
