Overview
As a Senior System Administrator you will:
? Troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops and desktops.
? Managing and resolving hardware/software issues.
? Performing software installations and updates.
? Active Directory administration: user and group management, Group Policy, and authentication.
? DHCP and DNS server configuration and maintenance.
? Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals.
? Configuring and managing switches, routers, and firewalls.
? Administering Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
? Managing hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure environments (Azure/AWS).
? Supporting and maintaining on-premises servers and infrastructure.
? Managing resources in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
? Experience with cloud provisioning, storage, and networking.
? Implementing and maintaining security policies and practices.
? Ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
? System monitoring and performance tuning.
? Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
? Working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
? Escalating critical issues and ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Skills Required:
� 3+ years in a system administration or infrastructure support role.
� Proven experience managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
� End-User Support: Laptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting, OS support.
� Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11.
� Directory Services: Active Directory, Group Policy.
� Networking: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Switches, Firewalls.
� Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure (required), AWS (preferred).
� Productivity Suites: Office 365 administration.
� On-Prem Infrastructure: Server management, backups, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
� Security Tools: Endpoint protection, firewall rules, MFA, conditional access.
� Scripting & Automation (preferred): PowerShell, Bash, or Python
