Job Description
Skills : Win 10, Win 11, SCCM / MECM, Azure, Intune, Scripting (PowerShell), Patch and Vulnerability Management, Microsoft defender for endpoint, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Group Policies, Basic Networking.
Nice to have : Application Re-Packaging (Admin Studio / Install Shield), MAC OS, Mac packaging, JAMF, Microsoft certifications on SCCM/ MECM & Win10 are added advantages, Software central, Driver/ firmware and hardware management, Windows Kiosk, Video Conferencing solutions (Yealink), Scala Players, ServiceNow
A System Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in Windows client infrastructure (W10/W11) in configuring\ building and maintaining the end user devices (laptops & desktops), packaging the software’s as per the Colruyt standards & security practices , work on the projects to configure/ deploy and manage the OS using different management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / Intune or relevant other management tools like (Defender antivirus, Group policies, Active directory, etc). Additionally, experience with OS delivery (like Operating System Deployment - OSD) and knowledge of packaging /scripting is necessary.

Role and Responsibilities
- Strong background in managing Desktops, Peripherals, Packaging, Deployment & Patching with Security/Windows background.
- Provide level 3 technical support for all Windows based (Win10/win 11) clients.
- Understanding of active directory, logon scripts, group policies and & troubleshoot Vulnerability Issues (windows defender)
- Experience in Client, network (DNS/DHCP), and Windows server troubleshooting
- Experience in Monitoring, troubleshooting, Plan and Deployment of applications in Phased manner and proactive recommendations whenever needed in our environment.
- Build and Engineer Windows client infrastructures and solutions.
- You will be on weekly support during business hours (Ombuds as per Colruyt terminology) on as per the team roaster through the year.
- Work close with other technical teams for incident/problem coordination.
- Experience working on migrations (Win 10 to Win11)
- Troubleshoot various hardware/software/application related incidents, perform root cause analysis & provide permanent solutions and record your actions in the tools.
- Create solutions and publish them to the Internal Knowledge base.
- Create/execute changes relevant for all windows-based end points.
Software Packaging & Testing:
- Knowledge of Admin Studio, Install Sheild and strong knowledge of PowerShell and nice to have exposure to APPV, MSIX would be an added advantage.
- Coordinating with Application & Infra, security owners as liaison & in testing the same.
Knowledge and Administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune similar Deployment tools (baseline application packaging OSD, driver management (firmware), patch management).
