Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in Embedded Networking is a pivotal role responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects. This position focuses on providing expert technical guidance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes through established best practices. The role is essential for aligning project objectives with organizational standards and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Ii-Flight Entertainment products, Enhancing Their Capabilities In C++ And Linux, And Increasing Productivity Through Mentorship And Knowledge Sharing.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews In C++ And Linux Environments, Establishing Quality Assurance Processes And Performance Optimization Techniques To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Embedded Networking Solutions.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Assessing Architectural Risks, And Contributing To Project Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Related To Embedded Systems Projects, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Facilitate Timely Resolutions Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Embedded Networking Principles And Technologies
2. Proficient In C++ Programming And Linux Operating Systems
3. Solid Experience In Software Development Lifecycle And Coding Standards
4. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Stakeholder Collaboration

5. In-Flight Entertainment Domain experience is preferred but not mandatry

6. Should be familiar with streaming and usage of Agile tools and configuration management tools
