Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Experience in design practices, design patterns and software design principles and put them to use
• Defining best practices like PRD reviews, design reviews, code reviews, continuous integrations, performance benchmarking etc. for evolving a cross functional team in a growth stage organization
• Leading Product Engineering Lifecycle with cross functional teams comprising Engineering & Software QA talents
• Work closely with product/business/sales team to understand and execute product vision
• Managing product sprints, leading scrums meeting, managing product roadmap and feature backlog keeping business trends, customer feedback and competitive landscape in mind
• Responsible to provide solutions to architectural, constructional & executional engineering problems on disparate tech stacks
• Define and strategizing organizations engineering talent acquisition keeping up with needs of different growth stages
• Strategizing, planning and executing product deployment on cloud or on-premise infrastructure

Work Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of background with engineering and architectural skills on multiple n-tier architectures preferably on Java/Python tech stack
• Working experience of leading cross functional team comprising Engineering and Software QA talents
• Exposure to Agile & Scrum processes with experience as Product Owner and / or Scrum Master on Jira or Rally or similar tools
• Past record of working with cloud providers such as Amazon, Google, MS Azure for engineering deployments
• Experience with acquiring, mentoring and ramping up engineering (or non-engineering) talents
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills to drive thought process with internal & external clientele
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Would be nice to have familiarity in at least one front end technology framework React JS or Angular JS or Vue JS or Node JS or Flutter

Qualifications

B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or similar fields

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
