Company Overview

We are a dynamic software development company specializing in custom web applications and business solutions, with a strong focus on AI-driven projects. We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction while maintaining the highest technical standards.

We must required Python and React js Technologies (2 to 4 Years of Experience).

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning and Execution:

o Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

o Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

2.Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

o Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team alignment with project goals.

3.Client and Stakeholder Management:

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

o Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

4.Technical Expertise:

o Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.

o Review architecture, code quality, and technical documentation to ensure standards are met.

5.Agile Methodologies:

o Implement and manage Agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure iterative and efficient project delivery.

o Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

Experience:

o Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development and project management, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.

o Proven track record of delivering complex web applications, AI-driven projects, or enterprise solutions.

Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of backend and frontend technologies such as Python, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

o Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development practices.

o Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent project management platforms.

Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
