- Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, time, and quality objectives.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage resource allocation and maintain accurate financial and project reports.
- Process and Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards in project delivery, implementing change controls and adhering to governance processes.
- Coaching and Development: Provide guidance to team members and contribute to their professional growth.
Core Deliverables:
- Implement and manage projects to EDB expected high standards.
- Develop comprehensive project trackers and plans and manage stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate project goals, requirements, and impact analyses.
- Establish and monitor financial budgets and project timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure project completion and sign off meets all agreed criteria and integrate lessons learned into, future projets

- Provide effective handover to the customer along with internal departments such as Sales, Support, Technical Account Management and Customer Success Management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in project/program management, within a technical or database-focused environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, Google Suite.
- Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce (PSA) will be beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Postgres or other database technologies.
- PRINCE2, PMI, or PMP Certification.
