Senior Test Engineer -Tietoevry Care (m/f/d)

With us you will be responsible for:

• Analyze functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Story level planning, scheduling, review & estimation
• Provide timely status update
• Work closely with Nordic counter parts
• Create and maintain the test case repository in Azure DevOps (Previously called TFS)
• Execute test cases & update status
• Contribute in root cause analysis of the defects & follow up with developer for respective defect fix
• Publish the test results with the team
• Be proactive and take quality initiatives
• Identify and highlight risks to the team and stake holders
• Contribute into Test plan & reporting activity
• Active participation in team level meeting and retrospectives
• Continuously check for new ideas and best practices for effective testing
• Identify any repetitive manual test workflows which can be automated.
• Preparing of test data requirements to achieve desired test coverage
• Aligning testing activities with release plan/development methodology
  
  
  

We expect you to have:

• Sound knowledge of Testing lifecycle
• experience of working in Agile teams and scrum methodology
• Understanding, Analyzing and Streamlining Test Requirements.
• Knowledge on different Levels of Testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and Acceptance Testing, Performance testing, Load Testing and Stress Testing).
• Familiarity with Functional and Non-functional Testing.
• Some hands-on on Performance Testing.
• Well versed with Test Documentation (Test Scenario, Test Case, Test Data, Defect Report, and Test Metrics, Traceability).
• Some hands-on experience in automation tool like Selenium.
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Work with Business users and coordinate UAT
• Responsible for user story acceptance with Business
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of testing techniques and practical implementation
• 6-8 years of experience in above skills
