Test Engineer – QA (Selenium | GenAI | API Testing)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Test Engineer – QA with deep expertise in test automation using Selenium and experience testing GenAI-powered business applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering quality software, proficient in root-cause analysis, and experienced in both functional and non-functional testing across various platforms. The role is embedded in an Agile squad where you will actively contribute to continuous testing, automation, and product quality.

Responsibilities



• Design and implement a robust Test Strategy, emphasizing Shift-left automation.
  
  



• Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  
  



• Build and maintain automated test suites (Integration, Regression, API, UI, Data Validation).
  
  



• Test AI/GenAI business applications, reuse/create AI components, and report using AI-driven insights.
  
  



• Collaborate with the development team to define unit, code review, and acceptance test strategies.
  
  



• Execute manual testing for scenarios not suited for automation.
  
  



• Log, track, and analyze defects; share quality metrics and trends with the team.
  
  



• Troubleshoot test automation issues and continuously improve scripting practices.
  
  



• Work closely with developers and the UAT team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
  



• Adhere to Agile principles and actively contribute to the squad's sprint activities. Must-Have Technical Skills
