Senior UI Developer

We are seeking a dynamic Senior UI Developer - React to drive the design and delivery of high-performance, user-centric web applications and interfaces that maximize value for commercial customers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading UI/UX development and ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies with a focus on performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in UI/Frontend development with a strong emphasis on React . Proven experience in designing and developing user-centric applications and leading frontend teams.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in React , JavaScript (ES6+) , and state management tools like Redux . Strong understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and modern UI frameworks . Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms, as well as integrating RESTful APIs into frontend applications.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Deep understanding of UI/UX principles , responsive design, and accessibility standards. Experience with tools like Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD for collaboration with designers.
• Agile & DevOps Practices: Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes. Ability to integrate automated testing and validation in the UI development process.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team. Proven leadership abilities in guiding junior developers and sharing knowledge with peers.
• Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with microfrontend architecture and familiarity with event-driven architecture principles. Exposure to advanced frontend technologies like TypeScript , Java , or Next.js is a plus.

• UI Solution Design & Development: Lead the design and development of dynamic, responsive, and scalable UI components using React and related technologies. Ensure a seamless user experience across web platforms, implementing complex features and improving performance.
• User-Centric Development: Work closely with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to capture user requirements and translate them into intuitive UI solutions. Engage in user feedback sessions and ensure the UI aligns with business goals while maintaining a smooth, accessible user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that frontend architecture is aligned with business needs. Participate in technical knowledge-sharing forums to drive best practices and encourage innovation in the UI space.
• UI Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead the testing efforts of UI components to ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility. Oversee the integration of automated UI testing frameworks to ensure high-quality releases.
• Cloud & API Integration: Integrate UI with cloud-based services and APIs, ensuring that applications are scalable, performant, and consumer-ready. Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud solutions to build and deploy scalable, global applications.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guiding junior engineers on best practices for UI development, React patterns, and performance optimizations. Foster a collaborative environment where team members can share knowledge and improve their skills.
• Agile & Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Help the team stay agile, iterate on features, and rapidly adapt to changing requirements. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process.
• Estimation & Planning: Contribute to product estimation and planning, ensuring that UI features are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards. Manage product backlogs with a clear understanding of priorities and dependencies.
