We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In This Role, You Will

• Be responsible for designs, develops, modifies, debugs and/or maintains software systems, serves as an expert on specific modules, applications or technologies, and deals with complex assignments during the software development life cycle.
• Take ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application and provides technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues
• Ensures code is maintainable, scalable and supportable.
• Present demos of the software products to stakeholders and internal/external customers, using knowledge of the product/solution and technologies to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.
• Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code and providing fixes (analyzes and fixes bugs) and workarounds, will review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions, will highlight risks and will help mitigate risks from technical aspects.
• Bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. By means of automation, reduces design complexity, reduces time to response, and simplifies the client/end-user experience.
• Represent/lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team (for example, leads technical design reviews). Builds relationships with internal customers/stakeholders
• Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering
• Experience working with and mentoring junior developers
• Identify performance & scalability challenges and provide a technical solution
• Code the critical product pieces yourself and set the example for other developers
• Advocate usage of new open source tools/frameworks and percolate the knowledge to the engineering team
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 14+ years on Web/UI technologies: JavaScript, ES6, HTML/CSS, React JS, Redux, any MVC/MVVM JS Framework.
• Experience with CSS frameworks
• Experience in responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, Material, Flexbox, etc.)
• Web/UI Dev ecosystem and tools: Node JS, WebPack, Jasmine/Chai/JEST/Mocha/Testing Library (JS Test Frameworks),
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES5 & ES6), its quirks, and workarounds
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• MUST have Hands-on experience in ReactJS and delivered project on ReactJS and played key Role
• Exposure NPM echo system would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Need to have experience in task estimation along with risk identification
• Deep understanding of Web Performance and Web Accessibility
• Mandatory Skills: JavaScript, Node JS, React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Web Accessibility
• Optional Skills: Experience in Spring Based Java would be added advantage
