Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Unity Game Developer with 6+ years of experience to lead the development of engaging and high-performance games. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Unity3D, C# programming, and game development pipelines, with a deep understanding of performance optimization, multiplayer networking, and AR/VR integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end development of Unity-based games.
• Architect, design, and implement game features, mechanics, and UI/UX.
• Optimize game performance for various platforms, including PC, mobile, and consoles.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of assets and animations.
• Implement multiplayer functionality using Photon, Mirror, or Unity’s Netcode.
• Develop and integrate AI behavior, physics, and game logic using C#.
• Work with AR/VR technologies to build immersive experiences.
• Debug, test, and resolve technical issues to maintain game stability.
• Stay updated with the latest Unity updates, tools, and gaming industry trends.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Unity game development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with game physics, animations, shaders, and UI development.
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking, APIs, and backend integration.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with third-party plugins, SDKs, and asset pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AR/VR development (ARKit, ARCore, Oculus, HTC Vive, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine learning or procedural content generation.
• Background in mobile game development (iOS/Android).
• Understanding of monetization strategies and game analytics.
