- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules, including
- Proficient in business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles is highly
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
- Some Knowledge or understanding of Uipath is advantageous
