Job Overview:
The ServiceNow Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and support. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and technical challenges.
- Solution Design: Architect and design ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and scalability.
- Development: Oversee and contribute to the development of ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations, including scripting, workflows, and data transformations.
- Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions through rigorous testing and adherence to development standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to continuously improve processes and leverage new features.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ServiceNow platform features, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable. Additional certifications in ServiceNow modules or advanced topics are a plus.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
