Overview
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12 to 16 years of experience in ServiceNow Technical Project Manager.
- Must have experience working as Technical Project Manager involved or handed application development or implementation projects at enterprise level .
- Must have worked on multiple ServiceNow module like CMS, Custom App, custom Integration, SPM, HRSD, ITMS etc.
- Should have done multiple implementation projects.
- Should have experience in project planning, estimation, risk mitigation for process standardization.
- Must have any of these certifications related to ServiceNow.
- Must have team handled experience on 20 to 30 resources.
- Good to have experience in FAO domain [Finance , Accounting and Operation].
- Experience in global client engagements.
