Overview

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) to design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and AWS security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EKS, EC2, Lambda, ECR, VPC, VPN, WAF, and RDS.
• Create, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for seamless application build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools where applicable.
• Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance of production environments.
• Implement and enforce security best practices including IAM policies, encryption, network security, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure operational stability.
• Apply principles of the AWS Well-Architected Framework across reliability, security, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to support cloud-native application delivery.
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EKS, EC2, Lambda, ECR, VPC, VPN, WAF, and RDS.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, especially for Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance, including IAM, encryption, and secure networking.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and automation skills.
  
  

• AWS Certifications such as :
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• AWS Certified Kubernetes Specialist
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
