The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.

You will be responsible for building robust and scalable backend systems that power mission-critical Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and internal systems
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Implement microservices-based architecture and ensure efficient service communication
- Collaborate with frontend developers (React/Angular) to deliver seamless user experiences
- Deploy and manage services using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and system architecture
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement Skills :
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
- Proficient in Java 8+ and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and service orchestration
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Exposure to frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus
- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
