- Strong hands-on experience in Linux troubleshooting and application debugging.
- Proficiency in writing and managing Terraform configurations.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experienced in CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in scripting languages
- Proficient in Finacle operations.
- Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
- Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
- Experienced with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Proficient in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
- Strong in incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
- Capable of conducting root cause investigations.
- Proficient in automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
- Skilled in analyzing complex systems and identifying potential issues.
- Hands-on experience in API and load testing using Gatling and JMeter.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams; adept at documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly.
