Role Summary

The Sitecore Technical Lead will be the primary technical owner of the Digital Sitecore product, responsible for conceptualization, design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise digital solutions.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using the Sitecore Experience Platform , while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality digital products.

This position also involves mentoring junior developers and driving improvements in development practices and digital product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Sitecore and .NET technologies .
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Customize and extend Sitecore components, templates, and modules .
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability .
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and APIs .
• Collaborate with design, QA, and product teams for seamless implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Contribute to process improvements and development standards .
• Drive digital product strategy with a cloud-first approach .
• Provide inputs to customer experience, digital solutions, and product strategy .
• Document system enhancements and architecture solutions.
• Communicate insights and findings with the support and engineering teams .
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior developers on technical best practices.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sitecore technologies.
• Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
