The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer who is passionate about building autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks with minimal human intervention. You will work on developing and optimizing Agentic AI systems, leveraging advanced technologies such as reinforcement learning, LLMs, and symbolic AI to drive strategy orchestration, decision intelligence, and automation across various business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agentic AI Development: Design and develop AI agents that can autonomously plan and execute complex tasks, leveraging LLMs, reinforcement learning, and symbolic AI.

• Machine Learning & NLP: Build and fine-tune models for natural language understanding, reasoning, and contextual decision-making.

• Multi-Agent Systems: Research and develop frameworks for collaborative AI agents that enhance business decision-making.

• Data-Driven Insights: Work with structured and unstructured data to enhance AI-driven recommendations.

• AI System Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into the GravityONE platform.

• Continuous Optimization: Improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of AI agents.

• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on Agentic AI advancements and apply new techniques to our systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

• Understanding of multi-agent reinforcement learning and planning algorithms.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field from a Tier-1 University.

• Experience: 3-7 years in AI/ML development, with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, and autonomous AI systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in decision intelligence, strategic planning AI, or autonomous agent frameworks.

• Familiarity with graph-based reasoning, symbolic AI, or hybrid AI approaches.
