Minimum qualifications:

2. 0-1 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript).
3. Strong programming, analytical skills, and data structures.

Preferred qualifications
1. Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2. Knowledge of the full software development life-cycle, methodologies, and best practices.
3. Knowledge on AI platforms, ML algorithms, LLMs, and generative AI.

Responsibilities
1. Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and extensible infrastructure that powers our next-generation personalization engine.
2. Develop and maintain scalable AI backend systems in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
3. Deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize machine learning models for performance and reliability.
