Software Bug Tester/QA Tester (Remote) - Internship

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Perform manual testing of web applications, software tools, and internal systems.
2. Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
3. Reproduce reported issues and provide clear, step-by-step details for developers.
4. Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
5. Test applications across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems.
6. Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release.
7. Review requirements and specifications to identify potential quality risks.
8. Maintain accurate test cases, test results, and documentation.
9. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
10. Support quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.

2. can work from 1:30 pm - 11:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 1:30 pm - 11:30 pm India Standard Time)
3. can start the work from home job/internship between 16th Dec'25 and 20th Jan'26
4. are available for duration of 3 months
5. have relevant skills and interests
6. are Computer Science Engineering students

Stipend:

USD$ 100 - 200 /month

Skills required:

Software Testing, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Troubleshooting

Other Requirements:

1. Experience creating and executing detailed test cases

2. Basic understanding of automation testing concepts or tools

3. Familiarity with Agile or fast-paced development environments

4. Experience testing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or internal tools

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. User-focused mindset with attention to edge cases and usability issues

7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment

8. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
