Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assist in the design of software configuration and customization, ensuring that the solutions align with business process designs and application requirements. You will engage in discussions to understand the needs of different stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the project by providing valuable insights and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with configuration management objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
